One of those scenes you wish Jesus had described more.

But he didn’t.

He knows why, he’s God,though he-at least –gave us a clue.

“Heaven rejoices when one sinner turns to God” (Luke 15:7).”

 Heaven rejoices when one sinner turns. You can say that again.

Now, it’s one thing to go to heaven and it’s another thing for heaven hold a “pre-party” for you.

Come to think of it.

We were there trapped in darkness, blinded by sin, generally “estranged from the commonwealth” (Eph 2:12)

And the day we understood that in Christ, man is reconciled to God (2 Cor 5:18)and embraced Jesus as our savior, the choir in heaven broke out and the Master of Ceremonies pointed our direction…

“Our new Entrant Ladies and Gentlemen…”the announcement came.

We remembered that “The punishment that brought us Peace was upon him” (Isaiah 53:5), and that “he became sin so that we may become the righteousness of God”. (2 Cor 5:21)

I will never forget that day. Guess God too .

So please send out the party invites, keep telling this great news, and hope that one day God will announce..

And our new entrant ladies and gentlemen …!
